Once your puppy receives their shots, we recommend bringing them in as early as possible for an introductory groom, to introduce them to the grooming process as a part of their life to set them up for success.
The general recommendation for a grooming schedule is every 6-8 weeks for breeds with a single coat (continuously growing). Every dog is different, so contact us for any suggestions on how to maintain your dog's coat, we'd love to help!
Yes! We currently offer payment through Square, e-transfer, or cash.
Please be aware we have a strict flea policy in place. If any fleas are found during the bath we immediately must treat with flea shampoo and spray the entire salon to ensure there are none remaining to protect our clients and facility. There is an additional charge to your grooming bill if fleas are found.

We are trained to work positively with all temperaments and behavioral issues. Let us know when booking if you have concerns about your dog's behavior and we will book them during quiet hours. Every dog deserves a fun spa day! We will do our best to build trust and provide lots of patience during the process.
All dogs being boarded within the facility must be on flea & tick preventive to stay with us for the safety of others and our facility. No flea collars permitted.
Yes! Our facility has a deep freezer to stock your pups' raw food during their stay.
Although we are have lots to provide your pup, we recommend bringing a blanket, bed, or toy that smells like home for them to have in their run for their comfort as long as they are not prone to eating or destroying them.
Please provide their current bag of food with enough for meals for their stay.
Pick-up and Drop-off times are by appointment between the hours of 7am - 7pm. Please confirm your drop-off and pick-up time at least 12 hours in advance. By having set times, we are able to offer flexible hours.
This also provides us with enough time to clean and sanitize the suite, bowls & beds for our next drop-off and to not disturb the grooming clients and other boarders by having everyone settled prior.
